中医辨治原发性高血压临床研究

Clinical Research of TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Primary Hypertension

目的:观察中医辨证论治原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:将2013年3月—2014年8月本院收治的120例原发性高血压患者纳入研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组患者接受中医辨证论治联合西药治疗,对照组患者接受西医药物治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:诊室血压:治疗后7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d时,观察组患者的收缩压和舒张压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);症状证候:观察组患者的肝火亢盛证、阴虚阳亢证、痰湿壅盛证、阴阳两虚证评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);靶器官功能:观察组患者的24 h尿蛋白水平均低于对照组,内生肌酐清除率以及射血分数、舒张末直经均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施治联合西药治疗有助于降低血压水平,改善症状证候,预防靶器官功能损伤,提高治疗效果。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of primary hypertension. Methods： 120 cases with primary hypertension received by this hospital from March,2013 to August,2014 were included and randomized into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group. Observation group were received TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with western medicine treatment and control group were given western medicine treatment. The clinical effects of two groups were observed. Results： The clinical blood pressure of the 7 d,14 d,21 d and 28 d of treatment,the systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure in observation group were lower than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The score of syndromes（ syndrome of liver-fire exuberance,syndrome of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,exuberant phlegm-damp syndrome,syndrome of both yin and yang deficiency） in observation group were all lower than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The function of the target organ,level of 24 h urine protein in observation group was lower than that in control group; the endogenous creatinine clearance rate,and levels of LVEF,LVE,D D in observation group were all lhigher than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with western medicine is helpful to lower the blood pressure,improve the symptoms and syndromes,prevent the target organ＇ s function impairment and improve the therapeutic effects.
