摘要
目的:观察麝蟾镇痛膏外敷治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选取癌性疼痛患者300例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各150例。对照组根据患者疼痛程度给予常规西药止痛三阶梯给药治疗,治疗组根据患者疼痛程度采用阶梯给药配合麝蟾镇痛膏外敷治疗。结果:治疗后,治疗组疼痛评分优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组有效率为82.00%,不良反应率为8.00%,对照组有效率为73.34%,不良反应率为23.33%,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麝蟾镇痛膏外敷治疗癌性疼痛疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Shechan Zhentong Plaster on cancer pain. Methods： 300 cases with cancer pain were selected and randomized into control group and treatment group,with 150 cases in each group. Based on the pain degree,control group were given conventional western medicine pain-killing treatment of three-step scheme while treatment group were given ladder administration combined with external application of Shechan Zhentong Plaster. Results： After the treatment,the pain score of treatment group was better than that of control group（ P 〈0. 01）. The effective rate was 82. 00% in treatment group and 73. 34% in control group; the adverse reaction rate was 8. 00% in treatment group and 23. 33% in control group; the treatment group were better than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： External application of Shechan Zhentong Plaster has remarkable effect on cancer pain.
