中西医结合治疗中青年股骨颈骨折78例

Seventy-Eight Cases of Young and Middle-Aged Femoral Neck Fracture Treated with Combined Therapy of Chinese and Western Medicine

目的：观察中西医结合治疗中青年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法：选取中青年股骨颈骨折患者78例,所有患者均采用空心钉联合缝匠肌骨瓣移植术配合桃红四物汤加减治疗。结果：78例患者均获随访,随访时间为15～58个月,平均35.3个月;78例患者中骨折不愈合率为10.3%,股骨头缺血坏死率为19.2%;Garden指数Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级的骨折不愈合率、股骨头缺血坏死率与Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗中青年股骨颈骨折疗效显著,骨折愈合率高,安全性高,并发症较少。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine on young and middle-aged femoral neck fracture. Methods： Seventy-eight patients with young and middle-aged femoral neck fracture were chosen and given hollow screw in combination with sartorius bone flap transplantation and Seminis Persicae and Carthami decoction of Four Drugs（ SPCDFD）. Results： Seventy-eight patients were all followed up,and the following-up time lasted from 15 to 58 months,and the average time was 35. 3 months. Among 78 cases,the no-healing fracture rate was 10. 3%. The rate of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head was 19. 2%. The differences between no-healing fracture rate and the rate of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head in Garden index Ⅰ-level and Ⅱ- level,and those of Garden index Ⅲ-level and Ⅳ- level had statistical meaning（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine has good curative effect on young and middle-aged femoral neck fracture with high fracture healing rate,safety and rare complications.
