疏经通络汤熏洗治疗股骨头坏死23例

Twenty-Three Cases of Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head Treated with Fumigation Therapy with Decoction for Dredging Meridians

目的:观察疏经通络汤熏洗治疗股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法:选择本院2011年1月1—2014年6月收治的46例股骨头坏死患者为研究对象,按照随机自愿的原则,分为观察组和对照组各23例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予疏经通络汤熏洗治疗,两组均治疗1个月,同时对患者进行为期6个月随访,进行Harris评分和X线评分。结果:观察组有效率(95.7%)显著高于对照组有效率(73.9%)(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组Harris评分均显著提高(P<0.05),观察组治疗后Harris评分显著高于对照组治疗后(P<0.05);观察组X线评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏经通络汤熏洗治疗股骨头坏死,标本兼治,疗效显著,能够显著改善和恢复患者股骨头功能。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of fumigation therapy with Decoction for Dredging Meridians（ DDM）on osteonecrosis of femoral head（ ONFH）. Methods： Forty-six patients with ONFH treated in the hospital from Jan. of 2011 to Jun. of 2014 were chosen as research objects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the principle of random voluntarily,with 23 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine Western medicine,while the ones in the observation group were added fumigation therapy with DDM based on the treatment of the control group. The patients in both groups were treated for one month and followed up for 6 months,then Harris and X-ray were scored.Results： The effective rate of the observation group（ 95. 7%） was much higher than that（ 73. 9%） of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Compared with before the treatment,Harris scores in both groups were greatly improved after the treatment（ P 〈0. 05）. After the treatment,Harris score of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. After the treatment,X-ray score of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Fumigation therapy with DDM in treating ONFH has significant clinical curative effect,can treat principal and subordinate symptoms simultaneously,improve and restore patients＇ femoral head function greatly.
