复元活血汤联合丹参注射液应用于骨科急性创伤疼痛30例

Thirty Cases of Acute Orthopaedic Trauma Pain Treated with Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction in Combination with Danshen Root Injection

目的:观察复元活血汤与丹参注射液对骨科急性创伤疼痛患者症状康复的影响。方法:选取本院2012年1月—2014年1月收治的60例骨科急性创伤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组患者单纯使用丹参注射液进行治疗,观察组服用复元活血汤联合丹参注射液治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组镇痛效果优于对照组,VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;对照组不良反应发生例数明显多于观察组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者消肿止痛效果显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:复元活血汤联合丹参注射液可有效缓解骨科急性创伤患者疼痛状况,减少不良反应。

Objective： To observe the influence of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction（ FYHXD） in combination with danshen root injection on symptom recovery of patients with acute orthopaedic trauma pain. Methods： Sixty patients with acute orthopaedic trauma pain treated in the hospital from Jan. of 2012 to Jan. of 2014 were chosen as research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with only danshen root injection,while the ones in the observation group were treated with FYHXD） in combination with danshen root injection. Then both groups＇ curative effect were observed. Results： The analgesic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group; VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group; And the differences between them had statistical meaning（ P 〈0. 05）. The adverse reaction occurrence cases of the control group were more than those of the observation group; And the difference between them had statistical meaning（ P 〈0. 05）. The swelling analgesic effect of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group; And the difference between them had statistical meaning（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：FYHXD in combination with danshen root injection can effectively ease acute orthopaedic trauma pain and reduce adverse reactions.
