中药熏蒸联合针灸对腰椎间盘突出症术后患者腰椎功能的影响

Influence of Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined with Acupuncture on Lumbar Function of Postoperative Patients with Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的:观察中药熏蒸联合针灸对腰椎间盘突出症术后患者腰椎功能的影响。方法:选取2011年2月—2014年5月就诊于本院的腰椎间盘突出症术后患者105例为研究对象,随机分为对照组52例和治疗组53例;对照组患者给予术后常规康复训练治疗,主要以腰背肌功能康复训练为主;治疗组患者则在对照组常规康复治疗的基础上联合给予中药熏洗联合针灸治疗,两组均以15 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。治疗后用VAS疼痛视觉模拟评分法对腰椎间盘突出症术后患者的腰腿痛进行评定,观察患者术后腰椎功能的改善情况,计算临床治疗的有效率及术后并发症的发生率。结果:对照组优良率为75.0%,明显低于治疗组的优良率92.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的腰腿痛感有所缓解,腰椎功能有所改善,VAS评分有所下降,腰椎功能评分有所升高,治疗组的改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后对照组患者的术后并发症发生率为26.9%,明显高于治疗组术后并发症发生率9.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗联合针灸治疗能有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症术后患者的腰腿痛感,提高患者的腰椎功能,降低并发症的发生率,疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the influence of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture on lumbar function of postoperative patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation（ LIDH）. Methods： 105 postoperative cases with LIDH treated in this hospital from February,2011 to May,2014 were selected as the study objects and randomized into control group（ 52 cases）and treatment group（ 53 cases）. Control group were given postoperative conventional rehabilitation training treatment,mainly training the back muscles. Treatment group were additionally given Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture,with15 days as a treatment course and for 2 treatment courses. After the treatment,the lumbago and legs pain of the postoperative patients with LIDH were evaluated by VAS to observe the improvement of the lumbar function and calculate the clinical effective rate and the occurrence rate of postoperative complications. Results： The excellent and good rate was 75. 0% in control group lower than 92. 5% in treatment group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the lumbago and legs pain in both groups got relieved,the lumbar function got improved,VAS score declined,and lumbar function score increased; the improvement in treatment group was markedly better than that in control group,with statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the occurrence rate of postoperative complications was 26. 9% in control group,obviously higher than 9. 4% in treatment group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture can effectively relieve the lumbago and leg pains of postoperative patients with LIDH,improve the lumbar function and lower the occurrence rate of complications,which is of definite efficacy.
