大黄芒硝外敷对急性乳腺炎患者血清C反应蛋白的影响

The Influence of Dahuang and Mangxiao External Application on Serum C-reactive Protein of Patients with Acute Mastitis

目的:观察大黄芒硝外敷对急性乳腺炎患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响,探讨其治疗急性乳腺炎的作用机制。方法:将72例急性乳腺炎初期患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例,对照组给予抗生素静脉滴注治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用大黄芒硝外敷治疗。结果:观察组有效率100.0%,对照组有效率91.7%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清CRP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:大黄芒硝外敷治疗初期急性乳腺炎疗效确切,其作用机制可能与其减少患者血清CRP释放、抑制炎症反应有关。

Objective： To observe the influence of Dahuang（ Radix et Rhizoma Rhei） and Mangxiao（ Natrii Sulfas seu Mirabititum）external application on serum C-reactive protein（ CRP） of patients with acute mastitis,and explore its function mechanism for treating acute mastitis. Methods： Seventy-two patients with early-stage acute mastitis were e randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given antibiotic intravenous dripx treatment,while the ones in the observation group were added Dahuang and Mangxiao external application based on the treatment of the control group. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 100%,while that of the control group was 91. 7%;The observation group was significantly better than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. After the treatment,serum CRP level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Dahuang and Mangxiao external application has precise curative effect,whose mechanism of action may be associated with reducing serum CRP release and inhibiting inflammation.
