葛根芩连汤联合锡类散灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎36例

Thirty-six Cases with Ulcerative Colitis Treated with Gegen Qinlian Decoction Combined with Enema Therapy of Xileisan

目的:观察葛根苓连汤联合锡类散灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将72例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为干预组36例和对照组36例。对照组予以锡类散保留灌肠治疗,干预组予以葛根苓连汤联合锡类散保留灌肠治疗。结果:干预组有效率83.3%,对照组有效率63.9%,干预组优于对照组(Z=-2.124,P=0.034<0.05);干预组满意度评分高于对照组(t=2.206,P=0.039<0.05);两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.600,P=0.058>0.05)。结论:葛根苓连汤联合锡类散灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Gegen Qinlian Decoction combined with enema therapy of Xileisan on ulcerative colitis（ UC）. Methods： 72 cases with UC were randomized into control group（ 36 cases） given retention enema of Xileisan and intervention group（ 36 cases） given Gegen Qinlian Decoction combined with enema therapy of Xileisan. Results： The effective rate was 83. 3% in intervention group and 63. 9% in control group; intervention group were better than control group（ Z =-2. 124,P = 0. 034〈 0. 05）. The satisfaction score of intervention group was higher than that of control group（ t = 2. 206,P =0. 039 〈0. 05）. The difference of the adverse reactions between the two groups had no statistical significance（ χ^2= 3. 600,P =0. 058〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： Gegen Qinlian Decoction combined with enema therapy of Xileisan has remarkable effects on ulcerative colitis.
