柴夏散结汤治疗甲状腺功能亢进症30例

Thirty Cases of Hyperthyroidism Treated with Chaixia Sanjie Decoction

目的:观察柴夏散结汤治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的疗效。方法:选取甲状腺功能亢进症患者60例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予他巴唑治疗,治疗组给予口服他巴唑合并自拟柴夏散结汤治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为86.7%,对照组有效率为73.3%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴夏散结汤治疗甲状腺功能亢进症疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Chaixia Sanjie Decoction（ CXSJD） on hyperthyroidism. Methods：Sixty patients with hyperthyroidism were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random numbers,with30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with methimazole,while the ones in the treatment group were treated with methimazole for oral administration in combination with Self-Proposed CXSJD. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 86. 7%,while that of the control group was 73. 3%; And the treatment group was better than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： CXSJD has significant curative effect on hyperthyroidism.
