摘要
目的:观察刺络放血配合针刺拔罐治疗颈源性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选取颈源性眩晕患者236例,随机分为治疗组119例和对照组117例。对照组给予常规针刺拔罐治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用刺络放血治疗。结果:对照组有效率为78.63%,治疗组有效率为97.48%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组症状与功能评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:刺络放血配合针刺拔罐治疗颈源性眩晕疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of blood-letting puncture combined with acupuncture cupping on cervicogenic vertigo. Methods： 236 cases with cervicogenic vertigo were randomized into treatment group（ 119 cases） and control group（ 117cases）. Control group were given conventional acupuncture cupping therapy and treatment group were additionally given blood-letting puncture. Results： The effective rate was 97. 48% in treatment group and 78. 63% in control group; treatment group were better than control group（ P 〈0. 05）; the scores of symptoms and function in treatment group were better than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Blood-letting puncture combined with acupuncture cupping has remarkable effect on cervicogenic vertigo.
