中西医结合护理干预对脑外伤患者并发症和生存质量的影响

Influence of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing Intervention on the Complications and Quality of Life of the Patients with Cerebral Rrauma

目的:观察中西医结合护理干预对脑外伤患者并发症和生存质量的影响。方法:选取脑外伤患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,各40例。两组患者均采用脑外科常规治疗和护理,干预组在对照组的基础上给予中医护理干预。结果:干预组有效率92.5%,对照组有效率77.5%,干预组有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者并发症发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组神经功能缺损评分、BI指数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理干预能够提高脑外伤患者临床疗效,改善患者的生存质量。

Objective： To observe the influence of integrative Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention on the complications and quality of life of the patients with cerebral trauma. Methods： 80 cases with cerebral trauma were randomized into control group and intervention group,with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment and nursing of department of cerebral surgery while intervention group were additionally given TCM nursing intervention. Results： The effective rate was 92. 5%in intervention group and 77. 5% in control group; treatment group were better than control group（ P 〈0. 05）; the differences of the occurrence of complications between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P 〉0. 05）; the score of neurologic impairment and the BI index in intervention group were better than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Integrative Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical effect and quality of life of the patients with cerebral trauma.
