Performance Evaluation of the Synergetic Regional Science and Technology Innovations

在国内外已有区域科技协同创新实践的背景下,理论界对如何正确评价区域科技协同创新绩效未有深入研究,但区域科技协同创新绩效评价是衡量和控制区域科技协同创新的重要手段,反映着区域科技创新的水平。采用问卷调查方法,并通过指标筛选和结构优化,构建出区域科技协同创新绩效评价指标体系,并根据指标特点,采用能够避免评价信息损失的二元语义模型进行评价,以提高准确性。最后,通过实证研究表明该评价模型具有有效性。

With many regional synergetic science and technology innovation practices in the domestic and foreign countries,there is lack of theoretical research on how to correctly evaluate the performance of regional synergetic science and technology innovations. However,performance evaluation of regional synergetic science and technology innovation is an important tool to measure and control the regional synergetic science and technology innovation.We construct the performance evaluation index system for this,and based on this index system,we use a Two-Tuple Linguistic Model to avoid the evaluation information losses.Through the empirical study,we show that the evaluation model is effective.
