摘要 供应链弹性是供应链应对突发事件的能力以及保持这种能力的系统结构。为掌握供应链弹性系统的结构以及弹性能力的形成过程,将解释结构模型引入到本研究中。对供应链弹性进行了解析,在综合文献分析与专家意见的基础上,提出了15个供应链弹性影响因素。采用解释结构模型构建了供应链弹性系统模型,在对该模型优化的基础上,分析了该系统影响因素间的相互关系及其对供应链弹性的作用模式,最终理清了供应链弹性的形成过程。该研究剖析了供应链弹性系统的结构及其形成过程,同时为供应链弹性实证研究提供了理论框架。 Supply chain resilience(SCRES)is the core competence for supply chain to deal with disruptions,keeping supply chain operations through disruptions.To obtain the structure of reslience of the supply chain and its formation process,an Interpretative structural modeling(ISM)method is employed to model the SCRES.Firstly,the SCRES concept and its influence factors are studied based on a survey of the experts and the literature,and 15 key factors are found.Secondly,the relationship between these factors and SCRES structure are analyzed for optimizing the ISM model of the SCRES system.The SCRES structure and formation process are discussed.The proposed SCRES system based on ISM provides a theoretical framework for SCRES empirical study.
