加强能力建设 守望精神家园 “保护非物质文化遗产实践国际培训”纪实

Enhancing Capacity Building Safeguarding Home of Spirit Workshop on Practices of Intangible Cultural Heritage Safeguarding Held in Quanzhou,Fujian Province

2015年6月15日，由联合国敦科文组织亚太地区非物质文化遗产国际培训中心（亚太中心）、联合国教科文组织亚太地区非物质文化遗产国际信息与网络中心（韩国孤太中心）和福建省文化厅共同主办的“保护非物质文化遗产实践国际培训”在福建省泉州市开幕。文化部非物质文化遗产司副巡视员张兵、亚太中心主任许蓉、福建省文化厅副厅长陈吉、韩国亚太中心主任许权、泉州市副市长周真平、联合国教科文组织资深培训师爱川纪子等出席了开幕式。

Remarkable achievements have been scored in the protection of intangible cultural heritage since the 70th anniversary of the UNESCO.Recently,the International Training Program on the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage,jointly hosted by CRIHAP and Fujian Provincial Department of Culture,was held in Ouanzhou,Fujian Province.This training event is aimed at promoting the spirit of the UNESCO Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage,sharing outstanding practices and experiences of ICH projects launched in the Asia-Pacific region,and further improving the capacity for the protection of the region’s intangible cultural heritage.
