摘要
摘要为了新能源开发利用,掌握区域性风能资源变化特征,采用朝阳气象站1953--2014年气候资料,运用气候分析诊断技术,研究大凌河朝阳县城区段近62年风速变化趋势。结果表明,年、季节平均风速明显减小。其中,年平均风速线性减小0.7m/s,春、夏、秋、冬4季分别减小1.2…020.6、0.8m/s。有效风速(3~25m/s)小时数每年减少约20h。风速减小对风能开发不利,但2006----2014年风速有所回升,接近历史平均水平。研究结果可为新能源开发、风电场设计提供参考。
In order to development and utilization of new energy sources, master regional wind energy resources change characteristics, this paper takes Chaoyang weather station 1953--2014 years climate data, the trend of the wind speed in the past 62 years of Dalinghe River section in Chaoyang County by us- ing climate analysis and diagnosis tech- nology was studied.The results show that the annum and seasonal average wind speed decreased significantly.Among them, the annum average wind speed de- creased linearly with 0.7 m/s, four sea- sons decreased 1.2 ,0.2,0.6,0.8 m/s,re- spectively. The number of hours of ef- fective wind speed (3 - 25 m/s) reduced about 20 hours per year. The decrease of wind speed is unfavorable to the devel- opment of wind energy, but the wind speed picked up from 2006 to 2014, close to the historical average. The re- search results can provide reference for the development of new energy and de- signing of wind farm.
