为探讨农家书屋建设发展的新思路,从总结乳山市农家书屋的建设经验入手,提出可持续发展对策,如加大财政投入,提高农家书屋的建设水平;建立专业的管理队伍;加强农家书屋的规范化管理,提高公益事业的社会效益等。
In order to study the new developmental trend of farmer book store,based on summarizing the farmer book store construction experience in Rushan City,sustainable development as increasing financial input to improve the construction level of farmer book store,building professional management team,strengthening standardization management to promote social benefit of public welfare.
