摘要
研究了光波在纯铌酸锂晶体中形成亮空间孤子的影响因素和动力学传输行为。通过调控晶体温度的改变,入射光的偏振方向及光强可以影响光波在铌酸锂晶体中的传输行为。当热释电作用平衡光生伏打自散焦作用和线性衍射作用时,可以在铌酸锂中实现亮空间孤子。该研究结果为调控光束行为提供了一种方法。
The formation of a spatial bright soliton and the light propagation behavior in a pure LiNbO3 crystal are studied experimentally. The light behavior can be adjusted by controlling the crystal temperature, light in- tensity and the light polarization, respectively. It is notable that a spatial bright soliton forms when the pyroe- lectric effect balances the co-action of the photovoltaic effect and the linear diffraction. The results can provide a new method for light controlling in LiNbO3 crystal.
