2型糖尿病患者伴发抑郁症与不伴发抑郁症对比研究

Comparison of type 2 diabetes patients between depression and comorbid depression

对单纯T2DM与T2DM伴发抑郁症进行对比研究。选取2型糖尿病住院病人,60岁以下患者用贝克抑郁量表,60岁以上患者用老年抑郁量表进行测试,将患者分为单纯T2DM和T2DM伴发抑郁症两组进行对比研究。一般情况下,文化程度和婚姻方面存在显著性差异(P<0.05);血皮质醇8∶00am,16∶00pm和0∶00am均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。2型糖尿病伴发抑郁症与文化程度和婚姻是否美满有一定关系,2型糖尿病伴发抑郁后可以导致下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPA)功能紊乱。

For comparison research of simple T2DM and T2DM with depression, type 2 diabetes patients hos- pitalized were selected, who were under the age of 60 patients with beck depression inventory, over 60 patients with geriatric depression scale, the patients were divided into two groups of simple T2DM and T2DM with de- pression. In general, culture degree and marriage exist significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; blood cortisol 8： 00 am, 16：00 PM and 0：00 am showed significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Type 2 diabetes mellitus with depression has relationship with cultural level and marriage, eomorbid depression after type 2 diabetes can lead to the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis （HPA） dysfunction.
