西安市入境游客需求与饭店供给耦合实证研究

The coupling coordination on inbound tourists demand and hotel supply capacity of Xi'an City

基于对西安市入境游客的问卷调查,获取饭店供需耦合协调状况的一手数据,分析饭店业供给——需求系统耦合协调程度,并利用结构方程分析不同要素与饭店供需耦合之间的定量关系。结果表明:1通过对入境游客饭店供需耦合状况的30个评价指标进行主成份分析,提取入境游客饭店供需耦合评价七大主成份,并以此构建西安入境游客饭店供需耦合评价结构方程模型。2对假设模型进行分析,7个维度影响因子对饭店的耦合评价的影响程度依次是服务水准、管理水平、设施设备、延伸功能、住宿功能、便利性、地理位置。3饭店经营管理水平、经济实力和城市综合环境是影响饭店业供给——需求耦合协调的关键因素。

The paper analyzed the coupling coordination degree of hotel supply and demand of Xi＇ an City based on first-hand data from questionnaire of inbound tourists into Xian City, and conducted in-depth analysis on quantitative relationship among different factors of supply and demand coordination of the hotel industry adopting structural equation. The key conclusions are as follows： firstly, according to principal component anal- ysis of the 30 evaluation indexes of inbound tourists hotel supply and demand coupled coordination, it obtained seven key elements of inbound tourists hotel supply and demand coupling evaluation, thus constructed supply and demand coupling evaluation equation based on these elements. Secondly, analysis on the hypothesis model shows that the order of impact degree of the seven elements is the hotels＇ standard of service, and then level of management, facilities, extension of functions, accommodation capacity, convenience and location. Thirdly, hotels＇ level of management, economic strength and comprehensive city environment are the key factors that af- fect the quality coupling coordination of supply and demand of the hotels.
