双带袢钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位42例疗效观察

Observation of double steel plate with ansa for treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation of curative effect in 42 cases

摘要目的：探讨用双带袢钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的方法及其效果。方法：选择合适袢长的带袢钢板，袢自喙突向锁骨穿过，钢板固定于喙突，再用第2块袢钢板，穿过前一钢板的袢环，放置在锁骨上方，将袢拉紧后固定钢板于锁骨上。结果：随访9个月-27个月，平均22个月，按Karlsson评定标准，优良率95％。结论：双带袢钢板可以获得较满意的治疗效果，是治疗肩锁关节脱位的一种新可靠方法。
