超声生物显微镜对晶状体悬韧带异常的观察研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨超声生物显微镜对晶状体悬韧带异常的诊断价值。方法:对自2010年8月~2014年2月,在我院求治的晶状体悬韧带异常患者进行超声生物显微镜检查,观察其诊断价值。结果:晶状体悬韧带的异常主要表现为晶状体悬韧带的延长以及断裂,其中晶状体悬韧带断裂138例,晶状体悬韧带断裂延长70例。结论:超声生物显微镜对晶状体悬韧带异常的检查具有重要意义,可明确眼前段结构的异常。 Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound biomicroscope hanging ligament on the abnormal lens.Meth-ods:from 2010 August to 2014 February, in our hospital Qiuzhi lens suspension in patients with abnormal ligaments were ultrasound biomicroscopy, observed its diagnostic value.Results:Abnormal suspensory ligament of lens was mainly the suspensory ligament of lens extension and fracture, in which the lens suspensory ligament rupture in 138 cases, 70 cases of fracture extension of suspensory ligament of lens.Conclusion:The abnormal examination had important significance for the lens suspensory ligament of ultrasound biomicroscopy, ab-normal clear anterior segment structure.
