生态语境下法律话语翻译的综观视角及路径

Comprehensive View and Route of Legislative Translation under Eco-Context

从生态语境的视角入手,结合语料库检索,在分析法律文本词汇、句法等言内维度特征的基础上,剖析了法本话语建构下的国情、民俗、历史等言外生态人文信息,探讨了语言与语言、语言与人类、语言与社会、语言与文化等生态因素对法律文本翻译的影响,提出了生态语境框架下的法律话语之综观翻译路径。

With the help of corpus retrieving,analyze the intra-linguistic characteristics such as vocabulary and syntax in legislative discourses,and extra-linguistic information such as national conditions,customs,and history,etc from the perspective of ecological context.Further discuss the impacts of the ecological relations,namely those between language and language,language and human,language and society,language and culture,on legislative translation,and hence present a functional path for legislative translation within the framework of eco-context.
