摘要
回顾建国以来关于教育本质问题的讨论,考察从中共八大到十八大政治报告中关于教育的部门归属问题的论述,发现教育在中国特色社会主义事业总体布局中,已由局域性定位走向全局性定位。确立教育的全局性定位,需要遵循教育自身的内在逻辑和价值,拓展教育运行和发展的社会空间,建立相应的实现机制和转换方式。
Through the review of the discussions on the new China's education nature,and the research of the Party's 8-18 th National People's Congress' s report about education department's ownership,state clearly that the education is changing from partly orientation to overall orientation in the socialism with Chinese characteristics' entire allocation.The overall orientation of the education needs to observe the internal logic and values in education itself,expand the education's operating and developing space,build the corresponding realization mechanism and conversion method.
