Online Detection Technology for GIS Partial Discharge and Its Application

摘要 分析了SF6气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear and controlgear,GIS)局部放电产生的原因,结合现场应用实例,对2种GIS局部放电在线检测技术——超声波检测技术和特高频检测技术进行了应用比较,结果表明特高频检测法灵敏度高、抗电磁干扰能力强、有效测量范围大,能准确检测GIS内部绝缘缺陷,适用于长期在线监测;超声波检测法定位准确,可作为特高频检测法的补充和辅助手段;2种方法综合利用可有效发现绝缘缺陷并实现准确定位。 Reason for partial discharge of SF6 gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear and controlgear(GIS)was analyzed.Combining field application example,application comparison of two kinds of GIS partial discharge online detection technologies including ultrasonic detection technology and ultrahigh frequency detection technology was made.Results indicate that ultrahigh frequency detection method is of high sensitivity,strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability and large effective measuring range which is able to correctly detect internal insulation defect of GIS and suitable for long-term online detection,while ultrasonic detection method is accurate for positioning which is able to be taken as supplement for ultrahigh frequency detection method.Insulation defect could be effectively discovered and correct positioning be realized by means of comprehensive usage of these methods.
