摘要 导线金具连接松动会导致发热缺陷的产生,为此探讨了利用加装防松卡的方法来防止引流板螺丝的松动的方法。首先总结了引起导线金具松动的主要原因,进而设计了输电线路引流板螺栓加装防松卡的方法,并给出了详细的参数及安装注意事项。采用红外测温方法对500 kV沙广乙线加装防松卡前后的发热情况进行了测量和对比,结果显示加装防松卡之后重复发热率较之前降低了90%以上,实践表明该方法可防止引流板螺栓松动,能有效解决重复测温、重复停电等问题。 Loose connection of conductor metal fittings may cause heating defect,therefore,method of installing anti-loose clasp for preventing loose of screw of drainage plate was discussed.Firstly,main reasons for causing loose of conductor metal fittings were summarized,method of installing anti-loose clasp was designed and detailed parameters and matters need attention for installation were provided.Infrared temperature measuring method was used for measuring and comparing heating situation of 500 kV Shaguang B line before and after installing anti-loose clasp.The result indicates that repeated heating rate after installing anti-loose clasp reduces over 90%.Practical example indicates that this method could prevent loose of screw of drainage plate and effectively solve problems such as repeated temperature measurement and power cut.
