肺移植术后T淋巴细胞亚群动态变化及意义(附2例报告)

THE DYNAMIC CHANGE AND SIGNIFICANCE OF T LYMPHOCYTE SUBPOPULATION AFTER LUNG TRANSPLANTATION(TWO CASES REPORT)

目的:探讨肺移植术后T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+和CD4+/CD8+比值水平的表达及意义。方法:采用流式细胞术检测2例肺移植患者术前、术后3个月内与术后3个月后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+与CD8+的连续变化情况。结果:2例肺移植患者术前T淋巴细胞绝对计数接近正常水平,术后3个月内T淋巴细胞绝对计数低于正常值,3个月以后绝对计数趋向于正常范围,而CD4+/CD8+在术前、手术3个月后均较术后3个月内低。结论:肺移植患者术后T淋巴细胞亚群的动态检测,可及时了解患者的免疫状态,为及时调整治疗方案提供参考。

Objective.Toinvestigate the expression of CD3^＋ ,CD4^＋ ,CD8^＋ and the ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in T lymphocyte subpopulation from receptor＇s blood after curing with lung transplantion. Methods： Flow cytometry was used to detected the continuous change of CD3^＋ ,CD4^＋ ,CD8^＋ T lymphocyte subpopulation of two patients subjected lung transplantion before and after 3 months and within operation 3 months . Results： For two patients who were subjected lung transplation, the amount of T lymphocyte was close to normal level before treatment while lower than normal＇s during operation 3 months, but the sum of T lymphocyte was tend to be normal after surgery 3 months later. For the ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ , it was lower than within operation 3 months‘s no matter operation befor or surgery 3 months later. Conclusion： The dynamic detection of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with lung transplantation can timely reflect the immune status of patients ,so that providing a reference for the adjustment of treatment program.
