缺氧微环境下HIF-1α对乳腺癌上皮间质转化及侵袭迁移的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨在缺氧微环境中,缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)对乳腺癌发生上皮间质转化(epithelial mesenchymal transition,EMT)及侵袭迁移的影响。方法:选取我院手术治疗的乳腺癌患者100例,采用酶联免疫吸附法、免疫组织化学法检测乳腺癌患者血液、癌组织及癌旁正常组织中HIF-1α及EMT相关蛋白E-钙黏素(E-cadherin)、波形蛋白(Vimentin)的表达。结果:HIF-1α、E-cadherin、Vimentin在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05);有腋窝淋巴结转移者HIF-1α、Vimentin的表达水平高于无腋窝淋巴结转移者(P<0.05),E-cadherin的表达水平低于无腋窝淋巴结转移者(P<0.05);HIF-1α、E-cadherin、Vimentin的表达水平均与肿瘤大小、TNM分期、组织学分级、腋窝淋巴结转移、ER、PR有关(P<0.05),而与年龄及绝经与否均无关(P>0.05)。有腋窝淋巴结转移者、TNM分期高、组织学级别高、ER、PR阴性表达的乳腺癌患者HIF-1α、Vimentin阳性率增高,E-cadherin阳性率降低。结论:HIF-1α的表达与乳腺癌EMT及侵袭迁移可能有关。
