白内障手术技术的研究进展 被引量:24

摘要 白内障是目前世界上最多见的致盲性眼病,手术是其有效的治疗方式.随着新理念及新技术的出现,白内障手术方式不断经历着变革.由早期的针拨,到后来的囊内摘除术、囊外摘除术,再到现在的超声乳化术(Phacoemulsification,PHACO),及仍在发展中的飞秒辅助PHACO.目前,对于常规白内障的手术,全球主要采用的术式为PHACO及非超声乳化的小切口手术,两者相比各有优劣.针对不同的白内障病情选择合适的术式对患者的视力预后有重要意义.本文拟从选择手术方式的角度,将近年来白内障手术方式的演变综述如下.
