重庆市北部新区1056例3~5岁儿童血铅水平调查研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过研究重庆北部新区1 056例儿童的血铅水平和铅超标情况,为预防该地区儿童铅中毒提供科学依据。方法采用原子吸收光谱仪对重庆北部新区儿童进行末梢血铅检测。入组儿童按年龄分为3岁组、4岁组、5岁组,并对检测结果进行统计学处理。结果 1 056例儿童血铅的均值是(32.47±3.21)μg/L,铅中毒的发生率为0.28%。统计分析显示,男童血铅明显高于女童(P=0.010);不同年龄段比较,3岁组最低[(22.42±2.68)μg/L],4岁组居中[(29.90±2.18)μg/L],5岁组最高[(41.23±6.98)μg/L]。3岁组和4岁组,3岁组和5岁组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重庆市北部新区儿童血铅水平较低,但高铅血症仍然存在,仍需积极监测儿童血铅水平。
