微环境成分对调节性T细胞特征的影响研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)是CD4+T细胞中具有抑制功能的细胞亚群,典型的Treg细胞表达转录因子叉头蛋白3(FOXP3),并且FOXP3基因座Treg细胞特异性脱甲基化区(TSDR)出现脱甲基化现象。FOXP3基因座TSDR脱甲基化是Treg细胞稳定、高表达FOXP3的基础,对维持Treg细胞的抑制功能发挥关键作用。其他的Treg细胞标志物包括高亲和力白细胞介素2受体(IL-2R)α链(CD25)、细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关抗原4(CTLA-4),以及白细胞介素7受体(IL-7R)α链(CD127)等。
