桑青枯雷尔氏菌MR111的GspF基因的获取与结构分析

摘要 Gsp F是细菌Ⅱ型分泌系统的内膜平台的重要蛋白,利用PCR扩增技术,获得了桑青枯雷尔氏菌MR111的含有该类基因功能性结构域的Gsp F基因。NCBI在线BLASTP分析发现,该基因与雷尔氏菌属来源的同源基因的一致性在90%以上;在聚类分析中,首先所有雷尔氏菌属同源基因聚合在同一分支,后与皮氏罗尔斯顿菌的同源基因聚合。基因结构分析表明,该基因有2个由α螺旋组成的具有高度相似性的、跨膜胞质结构域,揭示该基因可能参与细菌的跨膜分泌。
