摘要
研究开发了一种多通道电磁超声测厚系统。根据电磁超声测量原理,利用单脉冲激励EMAT产生超声回波来进行电磁超声测厚。系统采用ARM+FPGA控制系统运行,16个采样通道同时工作;使用基于UDP协议的Socket网络编程完成上位机与测厚仪的通信。试验结果表明该系统测厚精度高,能实现管道的快速自动化测厚。
A multichannel thickness measurement system of electromagnetic ultrasonic was developed in this paper. An overall structure of ARM + FPGA and single pulse excitation was adopted in the system to make EMAT work according to the principle of electromagnetic ultrasonic measurement. And 16 sampling channels worked simultaneously. The communication between the host computer and the measurement system was based on socket network programming of UDP protocol. The experimental results show that with high precision,this system can be used in rapid automation measurement of pipe wall thickness.
