摘要 润滑油中的磨粒是机械当前磨损状态的重要信息载体,因此发展磨粒在线监测技术对于评价机械工况和预测机械故障具有重要意义。本文设计了一种基于FPGA的油液在线监测系统,主要通过分析双激励螺旋管式磨粒传感器实现原理,提出油液磨粒监测模块中传感器激励电路、采集电路、FPGA控制器配置电路等电路设计方法以及油液在线监测系统总体实现方案。对油液中不同粒度的磨粒监测结果表明:该油液在线监测系统可以有效监测机械运行中的磨损信息,并且对于铁磁性磨粒的分辨率达到180μm。 Wear particle in the lubricating oil is a critical information carrier of mechanical wear conditions,so developing the oil on-line monitoring techniques for the evaluation of mechanical conditions and mechanical failure prediction is of great significance. By analyzing the principle of dual excitation solenoid type sensor,the oil on-line monitoring system based on FPGA was presented. Sensor excitation circuits,acquisition circuits,FPGA controller configuration circuits in particle monitoring module and overall implementation scheme of oil on-line monitoring system were proposed in this paper. Monitoring results of wear particles in different particle size showed that the oil on-line monitoring system can effectively monitor the wear information of mechanical operation and the resolution of ferromagnetic particles is up to 180 microns.
