不同能量蛋白比日粮对肉牛育肥效果的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Different Energy-protein Ratioes on Fattening Performance of Beef Cattle

摘要 为了研究不同能量蛋白比日粮对肉牛育肥效果的影响,试验选择43头1.5岁左右、体重230.24 kg±44.16 kg的杂交牛随机分为3组,喂给由不同比例的精料补充料、酒糟生物料、黑麦草组成的不同能量、蛋白质含量的日粮,经过90 d的肥育饲养试验,3组牛的摄入能量蛋白质比分别为21.57、24.97和27.11。结果表明:能量蛋白质比为24.97的试验Ⅱ组的肉牛日增重分别比试验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组高14.53%(P<0.05)和3.88%(P>0.05);饲料干物质报酬分别比试验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组高15.61%(P<0.01)和1.93%(P>0.05);综合净能转化效率比试验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组分别高3.87%(P>0.05)和8.62%(P>0.05);蛋白质效率以试验Ⅱ组最高,分别比试验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组高21.35%(P<0.01)和0.93%(P>0.05)。 In order to study the effecs of different energy-protein ratioes on fattening performance of beef cattle,forty three 1.5-year-old crossbred beef cattles,weight 230.24 kg + 44.16 kg (P〉0.05)were selected and divided into 3 groups according to completely randomized experimental design. The cattle were supplied with different diets for 90 d.the energy-protein ratioes in the 3 groups were 21.57,24.97 and 27.11 respectively.The results were as the following:the ADG of treatment Ⅰ , Ⅱ , and Ⅲ were 1 170,1 340, and 1 290 g/d respectively, the ADG of treatment Ⅱ was higher than those of treatment Ⅰ and treatment Ⅲ by 14.53 % (P〈0.05)and 3.88 % (P〉0.05)respectively; the DM/ADG of the three treatments were 7.24,6.11 and 6.23 kg, that in the treatment Ⅱ was lower than those in the treatment Ⅰ and Ⅲ by 15.61% (P〈0.01 ) and 1.93 % (P〉0.05) respectively; the NEmf efficiencies of the 3 treatments were 24.82, 23.86 and 26.11 MJ/kg respectively;the NEmf efficiecy in the treatment Ⅱ was higher than those in treatment Ⅰ and Ⅲ by 3.87 % (P〉0.05)and 8.62 % (P〉0.05)respectively; PER of the 3 treatments were 0.89, 1.08, and 1.07, and the PER in treatment Ⅱ was higher than those in treatment Ⅰ and Ⅲ by 21.35 % (P〈0.01) and 0.93 % (P〉0.05)respectively.
