摘要
目的:考察黄芩不同取样部位10种黄酮类成分含量的变化。方法:使用TC-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm,Agilent),流动相:乙腈与0.1%冰醋酸溶液进行梯度洗脱,检测波长276nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温25℃,以面积归一化法对数据进行分析。结果:秋季三年生黄芩不同取样部位10种黄酮类成分的含量比例各不相同,苷类成分含量从上到下越来越低、苷元类成分含量从上到下越来越高。结论:黄芩不同取样部位黄酮类成分的含量不同,应注意保证取样的科学性。
Objective: To investigate the changes of 10 kinds flavonoids contents in different sampling parts of Scutellaria baicalensis. Methods: TC-C18 chromatographic column was used in this study: gradient elution with acetonitrile and 0.1% glacial acetic acid as mobile phase, detection wavelength was 276 nm, flow rate was 1.0ml/min, column temperature was 25℃. The data was analyzed by area normalization method. Results: The content ratio of 10 kinds flavonoids was different in different sampling parts of third-year Scutellaria baicalensis in fall: from top to bottom, glycoside gradually decreased, while aglycone gradually increased. Conclusions: The flavonoids contents are different in different sampling parts of Scutellaria baicalensis, so researchers should ensure the scientific nature of sampling.
