18~50岁正常人前额叶氢质子磁共振波谱分析研究

摘要 目的探讨18-50岁的正常人前额叶氢质子磁共振波谱(proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy,……1H-MRS)的特点。方法以107名18-50岁的正常人为研究对象,其中男性58例,女性49例,采用多体素……1H-MRS检测前额叶生化代谢物N-乙酰基天门冬氨酸(NAA)、胆碱复合物(Cho)与肌酸复合物(Cr),完成NAA/Cr值、Cho/Cr值和NAA/(Cho+Cr)值的计算。结果正常人前额叶NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr、NAA/(Cho+Cr)不同侧别比较(1.62±0.34 vs.1.57±0.32,t=1.11,P=0.27;1.22±0.28 vs.1.28±0.27,t=1.59,P=0.11;0.73±0.20vs.0.72±0.23,t=0.34,P=0.73)、不同性别间比较(1.64±0.36 vs.1.59±0.33,t=0.74,P=0.46;1.56±0.32 vs.1.58±0.33,t=0.32,P=0.75;1.24±0.28 vs.1.20±0.27,t=0.75,P=0.46;1.31±0.29 vs.1.26±0.27,t=0.92,P=0.36;0.75±0.22 vs.0.72±0.21,t=0.72,P=0.47;0.74±0.24 vs.0.71±0.20,t=0.69,P=0.49),差异均无统计学意义,各研究指标与年龄间亦无相关性(P〉0.05)。结论正常人前额叶代谢物双侧无差异,代谢物水平可能不受性别和年龄的影响。 Objective To explore the characteristics of hydrogen proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(^1H-MRS)of prefrontal lobe among normal people between 18 and 50. Methods 107 normal volunteers including 58 males and49 females were assessed in this study.A multi-voxel^1H-MRS was adopted to detect the biochemical substances of N-acetyl-aspartate(NAA),choline-containing compounds(Cho)and phosphocreatine and creatine(Cr)in their prefrontal lobes,and the values of NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr and NAA/(Cho+Cr) were calculated. Results The comparison of NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr and NAA/(Cho+Cr)in both sides of prefrontal lobes among normal people showed(1.62 ±0.34 vs.1.57 ±0.32,t =1.11,P =0.27;1.22 ±0.28 vs.1.28 ±0.27,t =1.59,P =0.11;0.73 ±0.20 vs.0.72 ±0.23,t =0.34,P =0.73);The comparison of NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr and NAA/(Cho+Cr)of prefrontal lobes in different genders among normal people showed(1.64 ±0.36 vs.1.59 ±0.33,t =0.74,P =0.46;1.56 ±0.32 vs.1.58 ±0.33,t =0.32,P =0.75;1.24 ±0.28 vs.1.20 ±0.27,t =0.75,P =0.46;1.31 ±0.29 vs.1.26 ±0.27,t =0.92,P =0.36;0.75 ±0.22 vs.0.72 ±0.21,t =0.72,P =0.47;0.74 ±0.24 vs.0.71 ±0.20,t =0.69,P =0.49).The differences had no statistical significance and the research indexes had no correlation to age was not significant( P〉0.05).Conclusion Biochemical substances of prefrontal lobe among normal people have no bilateral differences,and the metabolite levels are not possibly influenced by gender and age.
