潜艇官兵职业倦怠与睡眠质量的相关分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的了解潜艇官兵职业倦怠与睡眠质量的相关关系。方法采用职业倦怠问卷通用版(MBI-GS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)进行测试,随机选取408名海军潜艇官兵作为研究组,随机选取410名海军地勤人员作为对照组,分别进行职业倦怠问卷和睡眠质量调查。结果潜艇官兵职业倦怠指数及情感耗竭、人格解体、低成就感3个维度明显高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);潜艇官兵PSQI总分及睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍分均高于对照组(P<0.01);潜艇官兵MBI-GS与PSQI各因子间存在正相关(P<0.05或0.01)。结论潜艇官兵存在明显的职业倦怠心理,提高潜艇官兵睡眠质量将有助于潜艇官兵职业倦怠状况的改善,为潜艇部队战斗力的发挥提供保障。 Objective To investigate the correlation of job burnout and sleep quality among submarine officers and soldiers. Methods MBI-GS and PSQI were adopted to test and 408 navy submarine officers and soldiers were randomly selected as research group,and 410 navy ground crew as control group,then questionnaires of the sleep quality and job burnout were conducted respectively. Results The job burnout index and three dimensions of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and low achievement of the submarine officers and soldiers were clearly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05 or 0.01).The total score of PSQI,sleep quality,time to falling asleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,and daytime dysfunction of the submarine officers and soldiers were all higher than those of the control group(P〈0.01).The factors of MBI-GS and PSQI among submarine officers and soldiers were of positive correlation(P〈0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Submarine officers and soldiers have obvious job burnout psychology,so increasing the sleep quality of submarine officers and soldiers is helpful to improve their job burnout status,so as to provide important guarantee for submarine combat effectiveness.
