炎症及健康种植体龈沟液中炎性因子水平的比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较炎症及健康种植体龈沟液中炎性因子白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和白介素-17(IL-17)水平的变化。方法选择19位种植体周围炎患者及20位种植体健康者(对照组),通过无菌滤纸条采集种植体周围炎组及对照组的龈沟液,酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测龈沟液中炎性因子的水平。结果种植体周围炎组龈沟液中炎性因子IL-1β、TNF-α和IL-17的水平(24.65±6.78、32.89±8.54和56.25±15.16 ng/m L)显著高于健康对照组炎性因子的水平(15.04±4.31、17.97±7.90和36.54±14.67 ng/m L),P<0.05。结论IL-1β、TNF-α和IL-17可以作为早期诊断种植体周围炎的重要炎性因子。 Objective To compare the level changes of inflammatory factors such as interleukin-1beta(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and IL-17 between inflammation and healthy peri-implant sulcular fluid. Methods 19 sufferers with peri-implantitis and 20 individuals with healthy implants(control group)were selected.The sulcular fluid was collected by means of sterile filter paper strip in the peri-implantitis group and the control group.ELISA was adopted to evaluate the inflammatory factor levels in the sulcular fluid. Results Inflammatory factor levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,and IL-17 of the sulcular fluid in the peri-implantitis group were(24.65 ±6.78,32.89 ±8.54 and 56.25 ±15.16 ng/m L),which were significantly higher than those in the control group of healthy implants(15.04 ±4.31,17.97 ±7.90 and36.54 ±14.67 ng/m L),P〈0.05.Conclusion IL-1β,TNF-α,and IL-17 can be taken as significant inflammatory factors for the early diagnosis of peri-implantitis.
