摘要
帕金森病是由多种因素共同作用而导致的神经变性疾病,其发病机制至今尚未明确,目前较为流行的假说有环境因素、遗传基因、氧化应激、线粒体功能异常、免疫因素等,现就近几年国内外有关其发病机制的研究进展进行综述。
Parkinson＇s disease（PD）is a neurodegenerative disease caused by a variety of factors whose pathogenesis still remains unclear so far.More popular hypothesis at present include environmental factors,genetic genes,oxidative stress,mitochondrial dysfunction,immune factors and so on.This article reviews the research progress of Parkinson＇s disease about its pathogenesis both at home and abroad in recent years.
