明胶海绵栓子性肺动脉栓塞模型的制备及超声观察

摘要 目的探讨利用明胶海绵作为栓子制作肺动脉栓塞(PE)模型的可行性。方法实验组22只家兔采用明胶海绵栓子经耳缘静脉注入,造成肺栓塞模型,对照组10只家兔注入生理盐水。观察两组家兔在注入栓子和生理盐水后的超声心动图改变。结果实验组家兔均有肺动脉栓塞的症状,超声心动图及病理也出现改变。而对照组未出现肺动脉栓塞的症状,超声心动图及病理无异常,无动物猝死。结论应用明胶海绵法制成的家兔肺动脉栓塞动物模型症状表现明显,可出现肺动脉栓塞的类似临床表现,超声心动图均出现典型表现。 Objective To study the feasibility of producing pulmonary artery embolism(PE)modeling with absorbable gelatin sponge as embolus. Methods Absorbable gelatin sponge was injected as embolus into ear-vein of 22 rabbits in the experimental group to build the model of pulmonary embolism,while normal saline was injected into 10 rabbits in the control group.The changes of ultrasonic cardiogram in the rabbits of both groups after the injection of embolus and normal saline were observed. Results The rabbits in the experimental group all showed PE symptoms,and the ultrasonic cardiogram and pathology also changed,while the rabbits in the control group didn't show PE symptom,and the ultrasonic cardiogram and pathology showed no abnormalities and no sudden death. Conclusion The symptoms are very obvious in pulmonary artery embolism(PE)modeling with absorbable gelatin sponge in rabbits,showing similar clinical manifestation of pulmonary artery embolism,with typical manifestation of ultrasonic cardiogram.
