退休老年人跌倒恐惧现状和影响因素分析

Status of tumble fear and influence factor analysis among the retired old people

目的调查深圳市退休老年人的跌倒恐惧现状,探讨影响因素。方法跌倒恐惧通过问题"您是否有跌倒恐惧感"和FES(Falls Efficacy Scale)调查表中文版进行评估。影响因素的相关信息通过问卷调查获取。Logistic回归模型用于跌倒恐惧的多因素分析。结果 485名60岁以上退休老年人中,186人(38.4%)回答有跌倒恐惧。性别、年龄、慢性疾病、锻炼、社会活动和既往跌倒史是跌倒恐惧的主要影响因素。结论跌倒恐惧在老年人中普遍存在,在老人保健中应高度重视跌倒恐惧。积极组织老年人参加锻炼和社会活动、尽早发现和识别高危人群进行干预、防治慢性病将有助于预防跌倒恐惧。

Objective To investigate the present status of tumble fear among the retired old people in Shenzhen and determine the influence factors. Methods The situation of tumble fear was investigated and evaluated by means of answering the question of whether you have the fear of tumble and FES（Falls Efficacy Scale） Chinese version.The relevant information of influence factors were gained through questionnaire survey. Logistic regression model was adopted to conduct the multiple-factor analysis of tumble fear. Results 186 out of 485 retired old people aged over 60 responded to have the fear of tumble,accounting for 38.4%.Gender,increasing age,chronic diseases,social activity,and the history of falling during the past year were mainly the influence factors of tumble fear. Conclusion It is suggested that tumble fear is common among the elderly,which should be paid high attention.The retired old people should attend exercise and social activity.Early discovery and identification of the high risk group for intervention and chronic disease prevention can help prevent the fear of tumble.
