功能性胃肠病认知行为治疗的临床研究现状和建议 被引量：2

摘要 功能性胃肠病（functional gastrointestinal disorder,FGID）是消化系统的常见疾病，严重影响患者的生命质量。FGID患者反复就诊，诊治费用高，给个体和社会带来沉重的经济负担。近年来对FGID的研究广泛并逐渐深入，其发病机制复杂，可能与遗传、环境、社会心理、饮食和炎性反应等因素有关，其病理生理学机制涉及胃肠动力异常、内脏高敏感性、脑一肠轴功能紊乱和肠道菌群失调等。
