摘要
中国建设社会主义文化强国,必须加强创新的能力、壮大文化企业的集群、优化产业的空间布局。建设文化产业服务平台体系是实现该目标的重要措施,其重点包括:发展文化产业的投融资和交易平台,集聚大量的资源;发展创意和设计服务平台,促进文化产业和相关产业的融合创新;发展多样化的市场服务平台,包括政府投资的政策型平台和企业投资的商务型平台;发展对外文化贸易的服务平台,扩大中国国际文化贸易的优势等。
