摘要 教师专业发展是以专业原创力为着生点,在发展内力与发展外力的共同作用下完成的,它们能否有机配合、相互催生并形成最大化的成长合力至关重要,这是教师专业发展动力机制。助推教师专业发展的主要动力机制包括原创力生成机制、动力转化机制与动力复合机制。教师专业发展动力机制对教师教育实践提出了三个要求:适当加压和引导,合理调控教师专业发展外力及其释放;注重动力的收集与合成,提升教师专业发展的有效合力;加快教师专业原创力建设,让教师专业发展不乏源头活水。 Teacher's professional development starts with the originality of specialty and ends with the combined ac- tion of internal force and external force of development. And whether the three can cooperate organically, generate each other and form the biggest force Of growth is critical, which is actually is the dynamic mechanism of ' teacher s professional development. There are mainly three forces promoting teacher's professional development, which are the generating mech- anism of originality, the transformation mechanism of dynamics and the compounding mechanism of dynamics. The dynamic mechanism of teacher's professional development requires teachers' educational practice of the following three things: adding moderate pressure and guidance, and adjusting and monitoring reasonably the external force of teacher' s profes- sional development and its release; putting emphasis on the collection and compounding of dynamics and promoting the ef- fective joint force of teacher' s professional development; and quickening the construction of originality of teacher' s profes- sional development and guaranteeing the vitality of teacher' s professional development.
