摘要
教师信息素养的核心是教师综合应用信息的能力,教师信息素养的培养策略是以培养教师信息意识和信息态度为基础,着力培养娴熟掌握和应用现代教育信息化手段。提高教师综合应用信息能力和实现教育信息化的有效手段是实施"翻转课堂"模式和"微课"。
The core of cultivating teachers ＇. information literacy is to train teachers＇comprehensive ability to employ information, and it should bebased on intensifying the training of teachers＇ information ~onsclousness and information atti- tude. Furthermore, this paper emphasizes that the effective means to elevate teacher＇ s comprehensive ability of employing information, and to realize education informatization is the improvement of this ability in the skillful application of modern educational information technology and the implement of flipped classroom teaching model and micro-class video teaching.
