摘要
新中国成立以来,"人民伦理"作为无产阶级革命正当、社会主义现代化建设正当的伦理原则,成为学校教育价值取向的立足点。随着我国学校教育改革的不断深入,"人民伦理"的学校教育价值取向传统与"自由伦理"的教育改革诉求之间充满了张力。然而,以促进学生个性发展、创造力形成为旨趣的教育理论与教育实践工作者,却常常"忽视""学校教育目的的正当性"与"学校教育伦理道德基础的正当性"之间的区别,导致前者遮蔽了后者,教育改革陷入"价值困境"。为消除这一困境,"公民伦理"是保持改革目的正当与其道德基础正当一致的可能结合点。
Since the founding of new China, "the people's ethics", which is the ethic principle of the legitimacy of proletarian revolution and socialistic modernization construction, has been the base of school educational value orientation. With the deepening of school educational reform in our country, there has existed the tension between the traditional value orientation of "the freedom ethics" and the appeal for educational reform of "the people' s ethics". However, educational workers on the theory and practice, whose aim is to improve the growth of students' personality and capability, often ignore the differences between "the legitimacy of school education aim" and "the legitimacy of ethic base of school education", leading to the former sheltering the latter and the education reform falling into the "the value dilemma". In order to avoid this dilemma, "the citizen ethics" would be a possible point of bringing together the legitimacy of reform aim and its ethic base.
