摘要
教学学术所具有的特征可大致概括为问题指向性、实践性、目的的双效性、成果的可表征性、可传播与交流、可批判与改进、教学学术主体的多元性与统一性等。教学学术为人们提供了一种全新的学术范式,丰富了人们的学术视野;为教师专业发展提供了新的路径,有利于促进教师的专业发展;复归教学在大学中的核心地位,提高教学质量;为教师的分类评价提供新思路,有利于形成科学的教师评价机制。
