Study on Development Strategies of Comic and Animation Industry in Qingdao

青岛动漫产业具有良好的发展前景,在文化引领经济发展的过程中能够发挥重要的作用。目前,制约青岛动漫产业发展的因素主要涉及理念、资金、人才、政策等方面。通过SWOT分析,结合国内外动漫产业发展的理论与实际,在规避产业风险、加强行业管理、成立专门基金等方面提出推动青岛动漫产业发展的相关策略。

The comic and animation industry in Qingdao has a good development prospect.It can play an important role in the cultural leading process on economy.At present,the factors that restrict the development of the comic and animation industry in Qingdao mainly involve ideas,capital,talents and policies.By means of SWOT analysis and combined with the theory and practice of the comic and animation industry development at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the relevant strategies to promote the comic and animation industry in Qingdao.The strategies include avoiding industrial risk,strengthening industrial management,setting special foundation and so on.
