益气养阴扶正法治疗原发性肝癌

Benefiting Qi and Yin Treatment for Primary Liver Cancer

肝脏具有"体阴用阳"的生理特性,脏腑失调、正气虚弱是原发性肝癌的基本病理机制,而肿瘤为邪毒之物,具助火化热之变,伤气耗阴之损,在经手术、放化疗等二次打击后,更易耗气伤阴,导致正气不支、元气大伤,因此中医药治疗原发性肝癌应以养阴益气扶正法为原则,采用补气健脾、柔肝养阴、滋阴补肾等治本之法以增强人体正气,提高抗病能力,达到"正胜邪却"的目的。文献引用:何玲玲,赵亚林,杜林林,等.益气养阴扶正法治疗原发性肝癌[J].中医学报,2015,30(7):931-933.

The liver has the ＂ Yin with the physiological characteristics of Yang＂. Internal organs disorders and upright weakness are basic pathological mechanism of primary hepatocellular. Tumor toxin helps the cremation of heat, impairing Yin damage consumption, af- ter surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy secondary attack, more easily damaged Yin, resulting in righteousness weak. Traditional Chi- nese medicine in the treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma should use Yi Qi Yangyin principle, invigorating Qi and strengthe- ning the spleen, soft liver, nourishing Yin to enhance the body upright and improve resistance to disease to achieve purpose of ＂ strong vital Qi leading to retreat of pathogen＂.
