摘要
骨骼肌功能障碍和萎缩为慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)最常见的肺外效应之一,常始于疾病的早期,是患者活动受限的主要原因,且与病死率密切相关。骨骼肌细胞凋亡增加是导致肌肉纤维数量减少,引起COPD患者体质量减轻和骨骼肌功能障碍或萎缩的重要机制之一。骨骼肌功能障碍是评价COPD预后的重要标准之一,了解其形成机制、抑制骨骼肌细胞凋亡对于COPD的预后和治疗具有重要意义。
Skeletal muscle dysfunction and atrophy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)are the most common extrapulmonary effects,usually begins with the early disease,one of the most important mechanism of COPD patients with body weight loss and skeletal muscle dysfunction or atrophy.The apoptosis of skeletal muscle cells increase is led to the decrease in the number of muscle fibers,one of the important mechanisms caused by COPD patients′body weight loss and muscle dysfunction or atrophy.Skeletal muscle dysfunction is one of the most important standards to assess the prognosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).It has important significant on prognosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)to understand the formation mechanism and inhibit the apoptosis of skeletal muscle cells.
